Congratulations! Welcome!
The corn cob bedding could cause a blockage if your chin decides to munch it, I would not use it.
Is Kaytee Fiesta the one with the treats? I can't remember...if so, I would remove any treats from the pellets and start to switch to a better feed. If it isn't the one with the treats I would simply switch to a better feed without having to pick the treats out :). Kaytee is not a quality brand feed. Mazuri, Tradition, Oxbow, American Pet Diner (APD) are some of the better quality feeds. A feed switch has to be done slowly: A general guideline is 25% new food 75% old food the first week, 50% new 50% old the second week, 75% new 25% old the third week, and then 100% new. If your chins experienced any soft poo or constipation during this switch you would have to cut back on the new a bit and give them a longer transition time. You can also pick up some acidophilus tablets (in human vitamin section at stores) and give those to help your chins digestive system with the switch. You can get most of these feeds from members in classifieds that feed it to their own chins. You can also find it at Tractor Supply Stores or Feed Stores. Otherwise you may incur shipping charges.
As for the hay, I have no experience with Sunseed so I can't advise. I am constantly on a hunt to find the best hay that I can that my two girls will eat. I have purchased Kleenmamas, APD, Oxbow, farm hay, hay from sellers on here...it all depends on what your chins will eat. They need the loose hay to keep their gut moving and their molar teeth trim, as long as the hay is not moldy and they are eating it, you are probably fine. Kaytee in general has a poor reputation for marketing bad food for chins so I don't buy their hay either more out of principal than anything.
Enjoy the forum and ask any questions that you have! Read as much as you can, there is wonderful information here :) !!
Neither are great quality so do some more research and chose a high quality feed and hay.

Yup, definitely no no no for everything, corn cob bedding is not good, just get regular klin-dried pine or aspen or carefresh.
Food : Kaytee = Not good, there are definitely better brands out there, oxbow, MAzuri, APD, tradition...just do a search, just not Kaytee, there's too much junk food in there, and your chin will not get wenough out of it.
Hay, yeah, choose another brand for that too....
Oh, welcome to CNQ.
