Entering the Chat room

For some reason I cannot get into the chat room.. :tantrum: Is there something that I need to have on my computer for it to work? everytime I go in it has a red X box in the top left corner and I cannot see any of the talking that is going on PLEASE help lol I would really like to be able to chat in there.. thanks

You need to allow JAVA to install, get past your firewall, and have pop-ups "UNblocked".

Start by deleting your temporary internet files and if you have any version of Java installed, make sure you update it completely.

Those are the first things to check. Also search on CnQ for others who have had chat problems in the past and try those fixes suggested.
