To start off our honeymoon, Amy(my wife) and I went skydiving. We both really enjoyed it!!! It is the most thrilling and fulfilling sensation I have ever felt- both the marriage and skydiving. I enjoyed so much, I have gone back and done a level 2 tandem- which means I was still strapped to someone but I got to pull the rip-cord, stear the parachute, and land. In my next jump in AFF certification, I get to jump in my own parachute with 2 instructors jumping with me!!!!! I can't wait!!!

Any way here are some pics:
first two are my 1st jump
third is Amy's jump
fourth is my 2nd jump

You're nuts, congrats though! I'm terrified of falling, we zip-lined over the jungle... scary, but fun. I got to kind of sit in the harness before flying over trees and water, definately not a free fall!

The thing about free-fall is that it does not feel like your falling. I jumped at about 10,000 feet, so the ground and clouds do not move until after you have been under the parachute for a couple minutes. It really does feel like flying. The only thing that you really notice is how loud the wind is- but hey your falling at 130 mph so the wind should be loud.

Congrats!! Isn't skydiving fun?? I went abut 9 months ago...they offered to accept me onto their jump team, but there's no way I can afford more than one jump!! But it sure was fun!!

I feel old too - total wimp. Could never hurl myself out of a plane, even though I'd love to be able to do it.

You guys look like you were having a great time!
