Hey all!

Ok so it's day 4 of life with Harley and I'm still yet to see him awake when I am. I went to bed last night at 11pm and was up at 5:30am this morning and he was in his igloo both times.

He was up during the night though, as I can see from his food.

A few questions:

From what I can tell he hasn't used his wheel at all. Is this because he's young or should I change something? (I have a silent spinner attached to the side of the cage with a litter box under it)

How much should he be eating?
I have some dishes that I put his food and water in, the water was down slightly this morning. I have the food that the breeder gave me, yesterday I put that in with some bits of carrot and mealworms. He ate the carrots and mealworms and seems to have left most of the other food.

Good news is, although there is 1-2 poops in his cage in the morning, it seems as though for the most part he's using his litter box!!

Harley was 3 months old yesterday :)

Some of them seem to be born running, others take a while to figure it out. Just give him some time. It is a rare hedgehog that won't ever use a wheel. :)

When Snow first came home, he used to climb in his wheel and sleep. Took him a few weeks to figure out how to run. Now he runs marathons at night. :)

I've been reading your accounts-love the stories, especially the one about the bald baby LOL. Happy Birthday Harley and Welcome Home!
