Yesterday I let Litchi out to play, she was craling under my legs and I heard "crunch crunch". I was so scarred, she just ate something and I don't know was it was (there was tiny bits of Yesterday's News on the floor but I'm sure it wasn't this). I tryed to open her mouth to let out watever was there with no luck. She annointed (sp?) white/beige and seemed ok. I'm watchin her closely but is there anything else I may go. I tough about adding some fiber so the thing (I really home it was food...) will go down easyer but I'm not sure. Sould I go to the vet?

Without knowing what she ate it's hard to know if you should go to the vet. What all are the possibilities that she could have eaten?

Isis almost ate a pebble yesterday. It was about the size of this letter "o". I saw her sniffing it and she had her mouth open and I pulled her away.

I hope Litchi is ok!

.............She almost ate a rock? A ROCK?????

Geeze, do we have to worry that they'll eat things that are blatantly NOT food? I mean, you'd think they'd know rock = not food..........

Isis is a pretty silly girl. I don't know why she thought it was food but she was heading right for it. Luna just tries to munch the grass all the time and gets mad and huffy because I wont let her.

Well, at least munching on grass isn't as bad as eating a ROCK.........

I really don't know what she ate but by the sound she made crunching it it sounded like some bit dried of food. I've monitored her closely and her poop and everything is normal. Now I'm pretty sure is might have been bread crumbs or something. She's on high surveillance now and I'll make sure next time I sweep the broom before letting the little brat out.

Were you on carpet? I've noticed that both Pringle and Scoops loved to bite and scratch at the carpet. If you weren't looking the scratch kinds of sounds like a crunch. They also would annoint from biting the carpet. Scratching was always involved with the biting.

My Herbie did this once. Scared me silly, turns out my son had just eaten a cookie in the living room and Herbie got a crumb. He really seemed to like it. They are so like having toddlers again! :)

I only have one carpet and the first and last time we played with her there peed and pooped on it. No more carpet for Litchi!
