We lost our ebony, Dusk. She got away from us about two weeks ago, by opening the cage. She let the other two out as well, both of them were found sleeping in Jake's room. One on the bed, the other on his desk. Dusk managed to get into the ventilation system. She never came back. We found her today, and must have fallen, and gotten herself wedged between some equipment in the furnace. It must have been the fall that had gotten her, and not the actual furnace, since it was off. We miss her so much. She was such a sweet little girl, and so young too. We were blessed with the short time we got to spend with her.
