:cry: My little guy. I can't help but feel as if you have taken yet another piece of my heart with you. We still don't know what has happened to you. Dar and I will miss you forever. You were a very special little guy. I know that your up there with Odo, Frodo and all of the many other loved little ones before you.
Dad loved you very, very much my sweet little boy. It will be a long, long time before I can begin to heal over the shock of losing you so suddenly. May you rest in peace, my handsome little boy. Daddy still loves you and misses you.

Billy, I am so sorry about Kahuna. How old was he? Sorry, I didn't read this before I responded to your pm. His situations sounded very similar to Scoops's. I am sure that Pringle and Scoops found Kahuna and are playing with him together over that rainbow bridge. I am so sorry. You are a GREAT dad and Kahuna knew that and loved you and Dar just as much.

I've never spoken to you, but I am truly sorry about little Kahuna. I have gone into your gallery many times to admire your beautiful hedgies. I also have enjoyed your many stories about you and Dar and your hedgies. I always remember the one about Odo in a screaming match with Dar over a dirty sock. You and your hedgies have brought me enjoyment just as you have brought such enjoyment to your hedgies. Its very obvious from your notes and words that your hedgies had and have a life of warmth and love and safety.

Thank you my friends. Kahuna, aka "Tuna", had just had a vet visit the day before. I don't know what happened. He was only about two years old. A male albino. He had always been very active and loved to be held and rocked. He laid on my chest with me many a time watching movies and such. He loved to place his little wet nose on my arm, cuddle up and sleep. *Sighs* I miss them all so much.

Oh I am so sorry about Kahuna! Our little pricklies are so much a part of our families...it's just a huge loss. I am so sorry.
