When I got up this morning I looked in on Boots, he stopped running in his wheel and walked off, I noticed that his little feet were bleeding. he scurred off into his tunnel. What to do??

If he's just getting used to a wheel, chances are he ran his little feet bloody. Just keep his wheel, cage and feet clean, and he'll be okay. He just has to build up callouses on his feet. Pretty much every hedgehog gets bloody paws at some point, and as long as his feet are kept clean, there shouldn't be a problem.

Be sure to watch them for signs of infection though. If it starts looking bad, a vet trip is necessary, but otherwise it'll most likely heal up fine on its own.

Thanks. That makes me breath a little easier. I think is was running all night long that night. It was odd he was still running at 7:30 when I went in there
