They are illegal sorry. We talked to the IL AG, DNR and Division of Law Enforcement and all said no.

Are they southern or northern flyers? I would so take them or at least one if I could right now (and if there was some way to get them here). I've wanted a southern flying squirrel for almost 3 years now. When I'm out of college (this May) I am planning on getting at least one. I wish I could help you out right now. Hope you find them good homes soon.
