When I had my little chocolate snowflake, Forty Winks. A good friend of mine has been talking about getting a hedgehog and encouraging me to get another one, so I made the plunge and got a little pinto boy. His name is Chugwater.

I'm really glad I took the plunge again! I still had a lot of Forty's stuff, but it kind of feels like being a brand new owner again.
Now, as far as food, I remember that Vitacraft is bad, bad, bad. I think that I used to feed a combo of 8-1 and Spike's delite. I did buy some Spike's delite from the breeder, but I haven't seen any 8-1 around. Does anyone feed spike's delite alone?
I got the little guy on Friday night and last night he started using his wheel for the first time. I was glad to see that!
And one last thing. Forty used to use a little corner litter box so our container remained pretty clean (other than the fact that they insist on pooping as they run on their wheels!) This little guy hasn't touched his litter box at all. I don't remember how Forty was potty trained! Any tips?
