Aw, that's so cute! How did he like the snow? We haven't gotten anything more than dustings over the past few weeks so I haven't even bothered to take Jake outside to see it. I'm wishing for a big snow, too!

Well, at first he wasnt so sure when i put him down. He fussed a little at first. After he swung his arm through it a little he decided it wasnt so bad. haha.

He liked kicking his legs in it too. haha. I didnt have him out there but maybe like 5 minutes, so it was just a little taste of winter. When we got back in he kept picking up the snow we brought back in on our shoes.. he seems thrilled with that. haha

We are getting one crazy snow storm as we speak.. or type.. so tomorrow i plan to take him back out for a bit to let him see it again.

Yup, hes a walker now.. Doesnt do it too much as hes still a lot faster at crawling, but once he gets going he zooms across the room, then of course crashing onto his bottom. Its the greatest.. i will have to dig up the video & post it.

here are some pix of Devin eating in his high chair again :) He is so serious when he is picking up his food, but once he gets it in hs mouth he leans back and with a big smile, he puts his feet up on the table!

Hahahah those are too cute!!!!! Kaiden has started putting his feet up like that too.. (also being naughty & trying to climb out now too.) YIKES! Hes a wild man!

Wow, you guys really do have some wild little boys! Jake hasn't tried anything naughty with his high chair yet. *knock on wood* I'm getting ready to take his down though and break out the high chair/booster seat that straps to a regular kitchen chair.

And Kate, I can't believe Kaiden still goes in his swing! That must be awesome for you. I'd kill to have those days back, lol. We put our swing down in storage months ago. The only place Jake'll sleep now is in his crib(s) or in the car.

He isn't doing it to try to climb out (yet). Shoot HE STILL WON'T EVEN CRAWL! ( he is one of those strange rolling babies. He rolsl to get to what ever he wants). He does it cause he thinks it's funny to get a reaction out of me. He also will threaten to drop things over the side and when I tell him don't you do it I either get that big ol' smile or a burst out laugh. I can see already he is going to be a hand full. We were outside playing with the dogs and I taught our male boxer when I say "get her tiger!" he goes after our girl and they box and play fight. Well, every time I said it and he saw them going after each other he would let out the loudest squeal laugh.

hahahaha yeah, Kaiden LOOOOVES the cats & laughs out of control at them. Hes amazed with the other animals too, but hes not gotten too close to most of them yet. Its great, i think hes got my love for animals already. He will rest his head on the cats now.. the the cutest thing ever!!! I will have to keep trying to get a pic of it.. haha He always follows me when i get the cam. =]

Yes, im feel very loved that Kaiden will still sleep in his swing. Hes not at the weight requirement for it yet, so i figure i will still try to use it while i can. He barely uses it anymore. (But when he does, im nothing but happy!) =] I was actaully telling chris last night that we need to put it up soon.


Kaiden is walking pretty darn good these days.. still waddles & falls every few steps, but man, from last monday (jan 22) hes gotten so much better. I must say i am rather weirded out/shocked that kaiden started walking on the 2 year anniversary date of our friends passing..(that kaiden is named after.) Its a big milestone in a humans life.. i kinda feel like it was Scott helping him or something. Sorry the weird spiritual side of me. lol

Devin has not much interest in the cats. He watches them walk by and if they are close enough he will tap them with his foot, but they do not seem to be a big deal to him. I can remember when Annisa was small SHE WANTED THOSE CATS!

wow! that is pretty crazy about the walking on the anniversary. It is a sign!!!
