i was just curious as to how you hold a hedgehog. does it hurt?

Put your hands beside him and kind of scoop him up that way if he balls up he won't get your fingers in there. :p

I had no idea until today! Just got my lil guy. I thought it would be hard, but when you see it, and want to pick it up, it's just common sense how to pick it up, go for the soft looking spots! You scoop it up under it's tummy! You still may get a couple quills poking you on the sides, I have, but it doesnt hurt too much! I am SOOOOO in total LOVE!
