Popples has cross over!

Well I'm very sad to say Popples has cross over with our help. We had to put him down this morning. He was not eating much and was sleeping more. He will be very missed.

I am so sorry about Popples!! Was this sudden? Was there anything causing the loss in appetite?

He had cancer.... he lost is eye in Feb and about 3 months later we had 2 new lumps one in his ear and the other on the side where his eye was taken out and about 2 months ago i notice a lump his forhead. I knew that this day was coming but it's soo hard to say goodbye! I have been upset since yesterday, i had to make the arrangements for it yesterday so that my fience can bring him in. I know my self and i just can't handle some thing like that. Thanks Guys for all the support.

I've been following about Popples since his eye surgery. I'm sorry about the loss of your sweet hedgie. He looks so snuggled and loved and comfy in that picture. Those are the wonderful things you will remember. Take care.

Oh no.....I am so sorry! Popples was such a special hedgie. That picture of him is so sweet. He was such a brave boy going through what he did. You did the right thing for him...as hard as it was. Sending hugs to you!!!

I'm so sorry to hear about Popples crossing over. This was such a shock to me. I thought he was doing so much better after his eye surgery, I didn't know he had cancer. He was such a sweet little guy. Take care.
