Izzy is so sweet. She's so tiny! I love the first pic. Is that a leopard hedgie bag in the one pic? I like it!

thanks ....she is just a little peanut ..when i first put her in her cage i thought she will never be able to get up to her wheel ..but she covers every inch of that cage at night...I know cause I follow her poo trail..grin..she is a explorer...

that is a leopard trimmed hedgie sack ..with a small clay pot inside...i heard they like clay pots and it helps keep their nails filed a bit ...she likes to sleep in there...but mostly sleeps on the bed in her cage...under my old tshirt...

her name...

wel l am a huge isadora duncan fan....and thought a dancer's name suited her..
and isadora duncan danced barefoot....

also i am 1/4 chippewa and it's sorta a heritage thing to add words in a row to a name...
and i have never seen a hoglet with shoes on...chuckle..

so "isadora no shoes" rolled off my tongue right...and i liked Izzy for a nickname...
of course my son calls her sonic or knuckles ..the poot...lol

I am so enjoying her joining our family....smile..ce

She's just gorgeous! A dancer's name is perfect for her - hedgies have such limber legs that it makes perfect sense. Now I'm trying to imagine a hedgie in little shoes...
