Protein= 30% or more
Fat=NO MORE than 15%, and below 10% is better
Fibre=15%, but you are unlikely to find that with the other two in a high quality food, so just suppliment with fruits/veggies/etc. and it should be good.

Ingredients=NO byproducts. At least 1 meat source in the first 5 ingredients, preferably more. Not too much corn. Look for human grade ingredients.

Example: CSFTCLS is an excellent food it's ingredients are: Chicken, salmon, chicken meal, whole grain brown rice, oatmeal, whole grain white rice, chicken fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols), powdered cellulose, potatoes, cracked pearled barley, millet, turkey, duck, flaxseed, natural chicken flavor, salt, choline chloride, chicory root extract, dl-methionine, potassium chloride, taurine, carrots, peas, apples, dried skim milk, kelp, cranberry powder, rosemary, parsley flake. Vitamins and minerals.
Guarunteed Analysis:
Crude Protein 32.0% Minimum
Crude Fat 9.0% Minimum
Crude Fiber 8.0% Maximum

Hope this helps! There are lists on here that have many good quality foods that you may be able to find near you, but you can use this as a reference if you can't find any to see if you have some good ones in your area!
