Well it has been 2 months since I have gotten any new rescues but I will be getting 3 tomorrow. 2 standard females and a ebony male. Of course she has them all caged together. ERRRRRRRRRR....she tried to do a good thing and bought them from a flea market but she didn;t realize teh up keep and cost in them. They have a VERY small cage and NO pellets...She did not know they ate pellets...So I hope they are in ok shape....

Do you have any idea what she was feeding them? If she went into any pet store they would have sold her SOME kind of pellets, I would think.

I got the rescues and they seem to be on ok shape. In DESPERATE need of a dust bath though. Seem pretty friendly.

QUESTION: One of the females butt seems to be swollen. What could this be from? Should I take her to the vet or is it something I should watch? There is no discharge or redness. Just is puffy. I will try to get a pick later after they settle in a bit more.

Here are some pics of them. The Black Velvet is the male...other 2 are Females and I think they both are PG....:dunno: Their bellies are pretty big and round!!

They are all adorable Jamie, lol, that second female [fourth picture] looks like she's eyeballing you pretty close though.

Is it her booty that is swollen or the genital area more specifically?
