Railroad needed from Mansfield

OK need to throw this out there.... I have a girl in CT interested in a chin.... Wondering if anyone in the PA/NY area can bring her back to their home, this person is able to pick up there??

I'm sort of confused, do you need someone to take the chin all the way to CT, or just to the PA/NY area where she'll pick up? If the former, I can get considerably closer to CT if someone can get to me from Mansfield.
