Just found this place and thought to introduce myself and my furry family.
I have two pugs, one of which I had for over 2 years (Lexus) and one I adopted a year ago (Bentley).
About three months or so ago, I found two chins (Shadow and Blaze) that were in need of a home. Their previous owner went back to school and didn't think she had enough time for them and wanted to find someone who would take care of them.
I had always wanted a chin and thought this would be a great opporunity to help some in need. I have done lots of reaseach but still learning. They have adjusted really well and I am so glad to have them in my life. They are the most adorable!
Shadow is about 5 years old and Blaze is about a year old. Those were their names when I adopted them and decided to keep them. The previous owner actually saved Shadow from a pet store. Shadow had a hard life there. He broken one of his leg before it was caught in the cage and than he had an infection in his ears that made them curled. Their owner really loved them and took care of them.
I used to say that I only work to give my pugs their life of luxury.. now... it's the pugs and the chins. LOL
