The seamstress said there is no way to fix the dress, unless I wear 3 inch heels (i'm not willing to be uncomfortable on my wedding day).
Back to the drawing board...
right now, here's the front runner:

Hmm, I wonder why she said no. I'd get a second opinion! But the new dress is pretty and fits you nicely.

Personally I think it makes her look plump. (And we know she isn't from other pictures) And are you not gonna have the same kind of problem with the fancy hem on that dress? Good luck to you in finding the right one for you!!!

I too would get a second opinion, and as far as 3 inch heels, that's a bit high, but I don't see whats wrong with wearing 1.5 to 2 inches and letting a little bit hang down on the floor. You're not goign to wear it again, so why not enjoy the one you have?.......As far as this one, eh. I have to agree with angel dawn. It's a very cute dress, I love it, but it does make you look a lil chubby, which your not, and that would make me run the other way.

I think maybe it's the bow that is making it look wrong. Don't know... Cuz it might make you look like you don't have a waist. Otherwise it is a pretty dress. But I would probably search around and try to find someone who would be willing to work on the dress you already have

Was it a David's Bridal seamstress who said no? They did not do a good job on my bridesmaid's dresses for my wedding in June. If you only asked them, you might go to an outside seamstress and see what they think.
Also, since they are a chain, you might be able to find some of the bridesmaids dresses on ebay. I had 5 bridesmaids and chose a mix and match dress similar to yours and of the 5 skirts and tops that we had to have, we got 3 skirts and 1 top on ebay at much lower costs.

Not crazy about that dress on you either, and absolutely hate the blue ribbon/bow thingy.
You looked fantastic in some of the other dresses you tried on.:)
Good luck in whatever you choose.

Thanks for your help, girls :)
I am going to get a second opinion, just thought you should know the first opinion !
I definitely know that this dress isn't anywhere near as flattering.
UGH this sucks.
