Railroad needed across PA!

I have an 8-yr-old rescue here that may have found his permanent home!! He needs to go from here (Wheeling, WV) to Summit Hill, PA either Saturday or Sunday. It's about 6 hours total...I'm not sure how far I can drive, but is there anyone that could help with the distance in between? If you think you can or would be willing to, please let me know!

I have two potential plans that might be able to be arranged:

PLAN ONE:
Wheeling --> Pittsburgh (1 hr)

Pittsburgh --> Somerset (1 hr 15 min)

Somerset --> Harrisburg (2 hrs)

Harrisburg --> Summit hill (1 hr 30 min)

PLAN TWO:

Wheeling --> Somerset (2 hrs)

Somerset --> Harrisburg (2 hrs)

Harrisburg --> Summit Hill (1 hr 30 min)

I can do Pittsburgh to Breezewood on Saturday if someone could meet me in Breezewood!

If you could go to Altoona instead of Breezewood Saturday evening, I can go the rest of the way to Summit Hill very late Saturday or very early Sunday.

Sorry, I have to go to Breezewood on Saturday for something else and I won't be able to make it to Altoona. I could do a drop off in Bedford, too - if someone would go Bedford to Altoona?

I already have someone willing to drive from Harrisburg to Summit Hill, so now all we need is to find a way to get him from Breezewood or Bedford to Harrisburg.

Or from Bedford to Altoona...

Sorry everyone...I just found out that the person that was going to get the chin has had some sort of family emergency and can't make the journey. Thanks for everyone's willingness to help, but it looks like this won't happen now.
