One wheel should be fine unless they fight over it. I have one wheel in a 5ft tall cage with 4 chins. I'm planning to get another type, but only because the one I have right now is too big / heavy for my little guys to run on.
Some people also do the wheel and flying saucer combo.

I also think one should be fine. Only when people have seen problems do their chins need two. But, I definitely think you should get at least one.

One should be fine. I have 3 boys together, and have never had a problem with the wheel.

one should be fine, I do notice that if the older of the 2 wants to sleep then he will sit in the wheel and tell the baby to basically back off, sleep time, not running time. During running time they take turns

I had only a saucer and one of my chins couldn't run on it very well, so when I built my big cage, I used the excuse of having more room to get a chin spin as well!! ;)
Of course, now she runs fine on either wheel, but I'm glad I have both just in case!

Like everyone has already mentioned....one wheel should be just fine. Unless one chin thinks it's all his...., there shouldn't be a problem.
