Heidi could complain to Ebay, but then it becomes a battle of "prove it". We had a discussion in chat last night with a member who has come up with something 100%, totally original. No one had ever heard of either thing before. I (and she) made a note of the date, and we can go back and prove through chat logs that these were her original ideas, but I bet within a couple months, there will be another person just like this claiming they are "old" and they put a "new twist" on them.
