Bad things in 3's

Do you believe bad things happen in 3's?

My one computer, dvd player, and computer monitor all went in the timeframe of 1 week, yes I believe (I hope it's over now!)

Once my moms dishwasher, washer, and dryer broke within a week.

And once I lost my chameleon, lovebird, and betta fish all in a week.

Yeah, I think so. I think I'm in the middle of it.. Loki got sick, my dog is now sick.. now Im just waiting for the last one :(

I have so many "3" my most recent..
In themes?
My ex is shipped off to the navy, my abuela was suppose to come see us but sprained her ankle so I have to wait to see her and my sorority sister is moving to Va..

I have also had car accidents in "3"
3 in 8.5 months then nothing for two and a half years..
Then I hit a parked car.. my handle fell off my car and I parked on a parking block and it ripped off my bumper..in one week just two weeks ago :(

I certainly do believe in things happening in 3's...It hasn't happened recently for me though, thankfully!

My sister has gotten breast cancer 3 times--that's the worst any 3 thing ever in my opinion! I did lose my job, lose my boyfriend and have my car break all in a short period of time too--but it all worked out, got the car fixed, got a WAY better job, and have finally realized I'm much better off without the boyfriend!

Since I TRY being optimistic.. I don't like to think that bad things happen in threes. It hasn't really happened to me that three terrible things happened in a very short period of time. I have had more than three bad things happen to me.. but since they didn't happen close together, I don't see it as happening in threes.

I think if the mindset is 'bad things happen in threes' you are waiting and anticipating something bad to happen. You may even be LOOKING for it.. so instead, I look at the good things happen during the bad times etc :)

I thing that it's a 100% fluke/coincidence. but it never happens to me in threes anyways...

I agree things happen in threes. I've had so many "bad incidences" that came in threes, it's not funny. My most recent?

Christmas was just an all around horrible holiday for me. New Year's Day, Charger (boy I got from the humane leage) passed away, and I got dumped by the guy I'd started seeing.
