What does your hedgie anoint with? I'm wondering because mine hasn't yet and I'm curious to know what their favorite things are for anointing? :lol:

Dirty & clean clothes, mealies thats pretty much it in my house..

Needler annoints every night and Aero doesnt annoint at all.. the other two Rosa and Cavalier once a week or every two weeks..

ETA: Opps!! Rosa annoints over anything that Lola has been.. Her pillow.. the carpet.. me when she hs been sitting on my lap..

Matilda doesn't annoint much that I've seen. The worst thought was when she was eating scrambled eggs. She had chunks of eggs all over her.

My Boyfriend ! lol :laugh:.. everytime he holds her she does it! Also the toilet paper roll, and my dog Roxy!! It was so funny the other night.. She went to go burrow under Roxy's tail then realized OH this is a dog.. then started anointing! :rofl2:

Kismet and Vette... not much. A mint scent is a sure bet, though. Cuda is the fun one.

Kibble, grass, any treat, fabric, a scent in the air, lotions, etc. He'll anoint over the same thing 4 or 5 times. The other day, he was licking grass and anointing over it. Mom could see the green/yellow foam on him from her bedroom window.

The worst thing I've ever seen him anoint to was, well.... the after effects of "boy time". He was doing it in full view of everyone, and then... he started contorting himself and anointing. I nearly died laughing.
