Which of these photos do you like the best? I am taking one of these photos for future projects. I picked out the ones that stuck out the most in my collection. Also talk about why do you like it if you can? This has to be a professional photo, but at the same time cute and like-able. :)

Good depth of image, shadows, lines and colours are complementing each other, and Rikki's mask flows with shadows perfectly. The perfect picture is however an individual's decision - pick the one you like best, they are all wonderful.

The sleeping image is very cute. I love Rikki's squish face. Excellent depth of field and sharpness of detail. The blue background is very striking. There is a lot of movement in this image from him being on an angle. for a sleeping picture that is unusual and I like that a lot.
But I am drawn more to the shades image. I find that the bright color of the rope and Rikki framed inside of it really makes it pop. And the bright colors against the more muted background make Rikki stand out more. It has good movement because your eyes follow the rope down to the subject- Rikki.
I do like all of them, I think you are very talented.

I agree that it's a matter of personal taste. I think Rikki looks ADORABLE in the second pic, but as a photo, it's a bit weak (the pattern on the throw seems a bit too busy and Rikki gets lost in it). On the other hand, the first photo is very strong with the vivid blue around Rikki's face. Love the squish face too. I'm also partial to close-ups, so my vote is for the first photo! :)

For me, #1 the best for two reasons:
I hardly ever get to see my own hedgie with sleeping with her eyes closed, so seeing Rikki sleeping that was is a special treat.
It's a wonderful close up where he doesn't get lost in the patterns around him. In #1, he's clearly the focus; in #2, the throw is a little busy - though I love how he's standing; in #3, my eyes are first drawn to the bright colorful rope and then him.
