Early this morning i was woken up by a ENGHHHHHHH!................... ENGHHHHHH! type of cry.
Now i live in a condo so there's always a good bit of noise from kids next door, Dogs barking 2 floors down, guy fixing cupboard upstairs and such, so i just settled down to sleep again.
Then suddenly it hit me that it sounded like it could be Barley or Angel doing the hedgie scream. I went to the next room to look at Angel who was sound asleep in her pigloo.
Then i went to the hallway (where i have her for quarantine ) to check on Barley who was wide awake and looking up at me. There was nothing wrong that i could see and she did not seem upset.
In fact she looked quite happy to see me and was relaxed when i picked her up to examine her.
The only thing that was amiss was that she had finished her food. So i filled it and she ate. I definately need a bigger bowl as she eats much more than the current one can hold.
Anyone else have a hog that screams for food.......
