Ok, first off I have to say yes I am a bit biased, because she's the "Hometown Girl" afterall, but does anyone else love her music? I love how she can go from being serious, to fun, to encouraging with her songs. I've loved her since "Tim McGraw" first came out, before I even knew she was from around here (I didn't find that out til about a month or so ago when she was coming to the area with Rascal Flats and they said she couldn't wait to be home and see her friends, if only for a day), and her newest video just... It's so playful and fun yet absolutely... awww.... Not to mention the video is very very pretty. For Pride and Prejudiced and Taylor Swift fans alike... I give you... "Love Story (http://www.cmt.com/videos/taylor-swift/275121/love-story.jhtml?id=1594647)"

I'll have to check that video out.

She has a great voice. But I especially like the fact that she's young and hasn't managed to do anything scandalous (yet). I'm not the most up-to-date on Country Music news (I'm more of a rocker chick), but at least I haven't read any headlines where Taylor Swift has taken racy magazine photos or put up pics of herself half-naked on MySpace a la Miley Cyrus.

I hope she can continue to be a decent example for girls.

About the only thing she's done to upset people (mainly the hearts of tweens everywhere) is she's dating Joe Jonas  and I think her most... 'scandalous' thing would probably be her "Should've Said No" performance where she stood under a waterfall onstage and totally soaked herself after ripping off her jeans/hoodie ensemble to reveal a black dress. I totally love her videos and music. I can't wait for her second album to come out :hyper:

Well, I love her songs, but really don't like her voice- especially live... don't know why, but it irritates me.

I LOVED that performance.. I searched it out online.

I totally love her... she is the only country that my fiance will let me listen to in the car...

I love her so much! I heard her first performance on some goodmorning station and have been hooked ever since! I have been to all her (well I suppose all the concerts she opens at!) and love her. She does not have the best stage presence though....if you watch her legs, she dances funny! But, I love her songs, and love that she is still a "good" girl, no matter how long that lasts!

I have to agree with you! I love her songs but not her voice.

My favorite song has to be "Picture to burn". My niece sings the part where she says "I hate that stupid old pickup truck you never let me drive" she would sing that part o me as loud as she could because she wanted to drive my truck. Being only four I was like no. After a while she told me if I let her drive it once she'd leave me alone about it. Stupid me said ok. I went to get a friend and on our way home we got in front of one of our neighbors house and I stopped in the middle of the road. She climbed in my lap and I let her drive. The house before our she saw a puppy in the yard. She started watching the puppy instead of what she was doing...*good thing I had my hands on the wheel* I told her she failed as a driver and she said it was the puppies fault.

I absolutely love her! I've seen her 3 times in concert, and all of them were so amazing. "Your Anything" is my favorite right now.
