thought i'd share a site my cousin introduced me to today. for all the crockpot users....

"the crockpot lady"

started a resolution for 2008 to use the crockpot every day. there's pictures for every recipe she's tried. as well as her "verdict" on the turn out.

and for anyone on a gluten free diet almost every recipe here should be ok.

there's also a few creative uses for family fun.

I have a crockpot but I have NEVER used it.. Im always in the mood to prepare and cook food at night.. I refuse to prepare food inthe day time! LOL So I havent really found time to use one.

How do you not find time for it!! The whole point of it is to put something in it and leave, no time needed! lol - I wouldnt find time to sit for 30-60 min to prepare something all at once for dinner

What I like about the Crock Pot is to come home (or in my case, wake up) and it smells like someone's been cooking for you all day long. Melissa, you can even prepare it the night before, put it all in the crock and put the crock in the the fridge. In the morning, just put the crock in the cooker part, turn it on and go to work. My Crock Pot is my friend!
