Cake Pans

Ok I wanted to bake a cake tonight but I'm over someone else's house. They only have a Bundt cake pan, and I didn't really want to make a bundt cake. They have two loaf pans (9 in. L), one is metal the other is glass. Can you use glass to bake cakes? The other option (I just found it) is a shamrock.

Yes, you can use glass to bake cakes (my 9x13 cake pan is glass). However, if it's a loaf pan, it'll be deep, so the baking time would probably have to be adjusted... and/or the outside might get overdone? Not quite sure how that would work...
