I've found lots of places that treat small animals, but no vets who know a lot about chins specifically. A Bay Area recommendation would also be fine, but I'm really hoping for a San Francisco one. Thanks!

Sorry to just on ship but as a related question... Does anyone know of a good chinnie vet in East Bay, CA? As in near SF but more like Berkeley, Albany, Emeryville or somewhere similar? We recently relocated and the nearest one I know is over an hour and a half way which is further than I'm comfortable with in case of emergency. Thank you!

Eh, I've got Cupertino, Ca.

If you have an emergency, His name is Dr. Brian Bates

He works with his patients on payment, which I appreciate. He was fine with my chin, &I know he sees them often [he is petcos vet]. Wouldn't recommend taking a hampster or mouse in though. His assistant convinced me to od my mouse, after he man-handled him.

[of course I didn't overdose my mouse, I called another vet for advice.] Point being however, the girl at the front desk in not helpful and generally makes matters worse.
