I am not a hedgehog owner, but i would hate if these are being bred to be feeders. I hope their is a hedghog rescue or something that can help these little guys out. If you go to that site and find that ad you can e-mail that person.

Well, all I can say is that it would not be pleasant to swallow a hedgehog whole! The ad does appear to be from the UK, but it also seems like the group/individual is offering them as feeders. Long-eared hedgehogs are generally not the ones kept as pets in the US, but who knows what is happening elsewhere?

If you notice, this was posted last September, so it is very doubtful tha thte page will be the same now.
