I just saw it last night... it was pretty good- but my brother didn't like it... he was like "what if that happens to us? we live in NY!" he was the one that wanted to see it in the first place! Also... the son... did that guy play SpiderMan? He looked a little like him, but I don't know his name

Tim and I went and seen it yesterday right after I got off of work. We both liked it. Lots of emotion!

Can't wait to see it - I've heard both positive and negative reviews...so not sure what to expect! But I do know that the special effects look awesome!!

I saw it last night. It was pretty good: emotion, action, kept moving, and all that good stuff.

His name is Jake Gyentha????? somthing. He's Donnie Darko (EXCELLENT movie)!!! I saw it yesterday, and I thought it was pretty **** good. I cried like a little baby too! I thought they made the v. pres and look too much like Bush and Dick though! I think it's a good action/disaster movie, but it's really ticking me off all these people who are pissed off because they think this is some kind of 'hippy-propaganda'. It's a movie, and it's exagerrated. It just happens to make you think too!

Lol! I was looking through my moms People magazine and was reading the article about the movie... and saw that his name was something different than Toby McGuire

I love Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal. They're both very talented and I think Jake did a great job in The Day After Tomorrow. I agree with Bambino, it's not an academy award winner or anything, but still well acted and an interesting "future" I liked it!

It was made to show people what would happen if we mistreat the earth...although a little exagerated.
