I've never had Ukranian food... There is a neat Eastern European restaurant near me that I've always wanted to try. Anything that I should think about trying? I'm game for anything, especially if it is spicy!

I don't know of any Ukranian food being spicy, but try anything and tell me how you like it. :) My fave is perogies and cabbage rolls. :) Hey, Ukranian sausage I think is spicy. :) Go check it out. :)

I like that Caggabe Borsch stuff... I'm not sure what 'ethicity' it's from... Russian? Russian Cabbage Soup, is it? Whatever it is... it's yummness.

I'm a fan of many Eastern European dishes. When I was young, we would go to the Ukranian Catholic Church and get pyrohy from the lil old ladies who made them from scratch. Mmmm :) My friend's grandma let us help her make them in her kitchen too!

And I have the awesome responsibility of carrying down our family's kolaczky recipe. Much love for those cookies!
