What kind of punishment do you think a person should suffer for chin abuse??

Sit in jail and rot for any animal abuse, also doing community service at shelters helping animals less fortunate! Also taking whatever money they get and haing to give a percentage of it to animal shelters!
I hate people that can abuse animals! :mad: Who can do such a thing?
