Fave cookies?

Hmm I would have to say my fave cookies are chocolate chip, peanut buutter oatmeal raisen, and macaroons... yummy!

mmmmmmmm....cookies......I just had an english toffee cookie from Tim Horton's....it was grand!! I not supposed to be eating cookies, but one little taste every now and then is okay! I'm use to ho-hum diabetic cookies.

I like english toffee cookies too, and from I have tasted diabetic good do have a tendicy to be a little off tasting. Hmm I wonder if it would be possible to make lower sugar diabetic like english coffee cookies. Im sure there must be lower sugar toffee and put only 1/4 of the sugar needed that the cookie probably would taste the same. I used to make carab brownies, with next to no sugar.. lol those were the best! It was the only dessert in my house no one wanted to eat but me..lol

my favorite are the otis spunkmeyer chocolate chip ones in the microwave. Where do you find the Carmel ones??? NEED TO KNOW!:slurp:

I make them. I just make cookies like i was making chocolate chip ones and then i substitute carmel peices instead. Like the square soft pieces you can buy. I just cut them and make them smaller. :)

My mom makes the best cookies. She makes chocolate chip cookies with dried cherries, and candied orange peel bits in them allong with chopped walnuts. I just die over them. They are easy to make. I can ask her for her dough recipe if you guys want.

My mother is a cookie-baking freak. I swear she makes a new kind everyday! She always makes separate ones for me because I'm "special". Christmas time you can't even get near the kitchen & freezer, cookies spill out from everywhere!
Gee, now I know why my friends always want to visit my mother's house.......
