Hi all!

I've been floating around this board for a while now, and never really introduced myself. Everyone calls me Neighbor Girl :applause:
I'm almost 20 and have been doing the chinchilla thing since I was about 6 or 7.

We've always had animals around the house when I was young, as how my mother got her degree for being a veterinary technichin.

I've owned slightly over 300 chinnies now, and my passion and love for them keeps on growing!

I also have 2 degus, 1 oscar fish, and 3 cats (1 bengal, 1 persian, 1 dsh).

My hobbies include (but not limited to) writing, drawing, photography, web site developement, computer programming, and I'm currently learning how to fire dance (spin fire). Yes, I've thwacked myself in the face so many times with glow sticks now, bruises, welts, I've had 'em all!

Soon I'll be going to school part-time (gotta still give the chinnies love!) to be a computer specialists. And take some veterinary classes on the side. :D

That's all I can think of right now. I'm tired.

Hey, I just wanted to say HI and i'm really glad you are based in Oregon. Don't forget to keep me in mind if you have any chins you want to trade, because that way we can expand both of our lines and keep everyone happy and healthy. Currently, I'm trying to direct my breeding towards Ebonies and Violets (though I haven't started with the violets yet, I will). So if you are ever in need of a good chin or a good trade feel free to contact me. Thanks again!!! -- Jessica

Welcome to CnQ! Wow, 300+ chins--that's alot of chins!!! In case you haven't come across them, be sure to check out our FAQs http://www.chins-n-quills.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=55; they are a good source of basic and not-so-basic information. Feel free to post and if you need help, please PM me. As a chinchilla buddy, I am responsible for orienting new members.

Welcome. Don't worry about the typos. As long as it can be sounded out, we'll be able to understand it. :)
