I have a jar of Peanut Bugger, which the hedgies seem to like. I had some mixed in bag of food given to me when I adopted Toto.
How much/how often can I add this too their food? I don't want to upset any hedgie tummies!

I feed Annabelle just a couple of pieces that I have sprinkled in her play area so she has to dig around for it. Since her spay, she's been packing on the grams :) She would probably eat a ton if I let her.

It's a treat, not a main food. Give it sparingly. Paris26 has the right idea.

Ive heard of, but never actually seen "Peanut Bugger". What is the texture of it? Is it crumbly?

I'd call it crumbly. None of my prior hedgehogs really liked it. The name just kills me. When I told a friend from New Zealand about it, he said, "You Americans."

I sprinkle it on my hedgies foods about 3 times a week. They like it, but seem to like "Luv-Bugs" better.
