I've just had him since the beginning of September, and he was already growing on me. He definately was an energetic guy, and always some how managed to jump onto my shoulder when the cage door was open. He passed yesterday with no warning. =/ I'll miss you Chips!

I just got the necropsy results back earlier today.. Apparently he had a large mass of tissue, that was possibly cancerous found up by his trachae. It prevented him from breathing, and that was most likely what happened. Everything else from the necropsy showed that he was fine. The whole thing just caught me off guard, I've only had him for a few weeks, and he was just barely 3 months old. I hope he's having fun in Chinnie Heaven.

I'm so sorry to hear about Chips. :hugs:

Just know that he knew he was loved. It's never easy losing a beloved pet.

Are you going to bury him or have him cremated?
