I've been a lurker here, on and off, for about two years now.
My name is Wes, and I live in KC with my fiancee, Melanie, who is a keeper at the KC Zoo.
We're both animal nuts, and currently have the following:
1 bearded dragon (just gave the other one to some friends)
3 pacific parrotlets (smallest parrot species)
1 african pygmy hedgehog
1 cocker/lab mix puppy
All of our animals are rescues, and we're always ready to take another pet into our home. In fact, one of the reasons I signed up is to find another hedgie, as ours (zanzabar) is almost 6 and is starting to head towards that big wheel in the sky.
Anyways, I just thought I'd drop in and say hello.
