Chew toy?

About a week ago I gave Chloe a tennis ball sized blue squishy ball to roll around. Well she doesn't exactly roll it around, but she LOVES to chew on it and every morning I find a pile of blue foam next to the ball. I was just wondering if there is any reason why I should stop her from chewing on it. At first I was afraid she was actually consuming it, but the bits she bites off are on the floor of her cage and her poops look completely normal. So if there is any reason why I shouldn't be letting her chew on it, please tell me. It seems harmless but I just want to make sure.

No, do not let her chew it. It is not harmless!

Those pieces could cause an impaction. Anything that they chew pieces off of is dangerous and should not be used. Just because there are pieces on the floor of her cage does not mean she hasn't ingested some.
