I am a new owner also, :) I chose Chicken Soup for the Cat Lovers Soul Lite after doing reading and alot of asking questions here and elsewhere. I had the vet read the lable yesterday and he agreed it seems very good. :) I liked that one best because it seems closest to what they are supposed to have nutritionally specifically with the fibre content which was higher than any of the other recommended foods that I checked lables on. For me personally it seemed like a good choice in case I can't get her to eat alot of other fibre foods. They also only use fresh (never frozen) meat and the first 5 ingredients were awesome!! I have thrown out the lable or I would put it here for you. Good luck and congratulations. :)
