aghh i dont no what 2 do!

theres this girl in my school that thinks me and my sister are her best friends.but the truth is were not her best friends or i dont even no if were friends. this all started one day this summer when she called us up and said if we wanted to go (i forgot where it was) with her.me and my sister said no. then her mom called for somereason then we HAD to go but we didnt want 2. from that day on shes been calling us and calling us on the phone. she calls my house like 4 times a day. i"ve heard rumors from people that if she doesnt like a person she talks benind that person or whoever it is benind there back.and one day this guy in her class said to the girl something that he didnt wanted said to anyone so she told the princapal about what he said.This girl that thinks me and my sister are her best friends doesnt have very many friends.my sister lies to this girl sometimes.and everytime my sister does, the girl thinks that i was the one that was lieing to her! the other day,someone wrote mean things on her website.alisha thought it was me and my friend that was over here but it wasnt. so she told the girl and she blamed it on us. then we called her and told her it wasnt us and that my sister lied to her then she was mad at my sister. and everytime this girl gets mad at her, all (my sister alisha) says is sorry and keeps saying that to her so she can forgive her. but what i think my sister should do when the girl is mad at her is explain why she lied to her but she never does that.and i want her to do that. and also i want to tell this girl she should meet other friends besides always following me and my sister everyday and telling her were not her best friends. i want a way to tell the girl this but i cant find a way without hurting her feelings.
sorry if this post is a bit coufusing because i didnt give out the persons name but i have reasons why i didnt give out the persons name.
please help me with this problem.
