my nutty little hedgewood

hedgewood is such a funny little brat..................last night she was running around the living room.......she of course found a little spot under the entertainment centre that she could crawl under to go to sleep. she stayed under there for about 2 hours, then we wanted to get her out of there before bed time. So I wedged my way behind the entertainment centre (we did not want to move it, as it is very heavy and we were afraid to hurt her) so I get on my hands and knees with a flash light......shine it on hedgewood.....she looks over at me then puts her head down and nicely goes back to sleep. After I realized that she was not going to come out easily, I had to fish her out with a spatula.

After this ordeal was all over, I was so happy to see her, I rewarded her with some cheerios. After taking one bite of cheerio, she proceeded to annoint on herself. I tried to prevent her from annointing by petting her face...on the side that she was not licking. She then starting to lick me and annoint on my hand. Isn't she the biggest brat.......but I wouldn't have her any other way.

I havent tried cheerios yet.......I assume the plain ones right? I will have to try them when she is up. My baby annointed with a tiny bit of the middle of a tomato. Eyuck! :Pukey:

When Odo annoints, the world does not exist for her, I can pick her up while she is doing this and she just keeps on annointing. She won't stop for anything until she is through. Also, she looks like she is trying to turn herself inside out! lol

I've only seen Quillson annoint 5 times. Once with grass, once with pizza sauce on a napkin, once on our very unused stairmaster, once with a carrot, and once with a cheerio. He seemed to annoint the most with the cheerio. I wonder what about them they like?! I myself don't think they are that great. :laugh:

Sorry to change the topic, but does annointing usually become less frequent as they get older? I haven't seen Quillson annoint since he was small...
