Fat is about 12% or 15% can't remember and 37% protien
Ingredients:Dehydrated poultry meat, maize, maize gluten, maize flour, barley, rice, dehydrated poultry liver, poultry fat, minerals, beet pulp, fish oil, fructo-oligo-saccharides, egg powder, vegetable oil, DL-methionine, trace-elements (including chelated trace-elements), yeast extract (rich in manno-oligo-saccharides), taurine, L-lysine, L-carnitine, vitamins, marigold extract (rich in lutein).
Its royal canin 38, I thought I could also remember reading that 37 was a good one, I found that too. I'm going to see if I can find chicken soup for the cat lovers soul and buffalo blue too, but I don't know if they will have it as I'm in England, I'm going to look at pets at home and a few other large chain stores.

I like the Royal Canin Slim 38. It's in my mix and a good food for hedgies to be on.

Since Maize is just another way to say corn, isn't there alot of corn ingredients in that food with the ingredients listed? Just a thought. I'm no expert.

It sounds like a lot of corn, and the 'dehydrated poultry meat' sounds a little ambiguous. Also, the poultry fat isn't great. I'm a newbie though, so some of the more experiences hedgie owners can probably give some more useful advice :)
