I love pierogi! I just get them frozen and than fry them with onions and eat them with salt, pepper, and sour cream, but here are some recipes I looked up for you.

Pierogi's are the best!!! Now, I love Mrs. T's pierogi's too, but let me tell you, nothing compares to my grandma's sweet cabbage pierogi's!! lol lol....
I'm polish so Pierogi are a staple at EVERY Holiday - or at least they used to be when my grandma would cook for the holidays.
Polish food is the best! (of course, I could be a little bias!! :) )

Pierogies are a favorite of mine.
This is certainly not a very authentic way to eat them but it's a popular recipe on another board that I frequent.
Pierogi Casserole
Box of Potato and Onion Pierogis (12)
1 pkg spinach
1 onion sliced in 1/2 rings
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 T ICBINB
1/2 c FF Kraft Mozarella Cheese
Defrosted the pierogis in boiling water per package directions.
Saute the onion, mushroom and spinach in the ICBINB.
Spray an 9 x 13 pan w/ non-stick spray
Lay the pierogis in a single layer in the pan - cover with the onion, mushroom, spinach mixture
Sprinkle cheese over the top
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Yummy.
The entire thing is 17 WW points, that's 1.444... per pierogi. Not too shabby.

Another popular recipe using pierogies:
WW Smothered Chicken with Pierogies
1 dozen Mrs. T's frozen potato and cheddar pierogies
1 can (10 3/4 oz) low-fat cream of chicken soup
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained (or fresh)
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 2 qt casserole with cooking spray. Thaw pierogies in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain and place in casserole dish.
In a large saucepan, combine soup, mushrooms, peas and chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring constantly. Bake 15 minutes.
4 servings at 7 WW points each.
