Pooping in Bed

Just recently I bought Quillson one of those Super Pet Mini Cozy Cups (http://www.critterstore.com/sp-62271.html) and Quillson has decided that it is his new favorite place to poop. Don't get me wrong, I still have a poopy wheel to clean every day (he's getting a bucketwheel for Christmas! YAY!), but now I have a BED to clean as well!

I was just wondering if anyone else's hedgies do this? The bed isn't inside of his igloo because he has a Marshall Fleece Ferret Igloo (http://www.critterstore.com/fp-199.html) with a padded place to sleep inside. The Cup bed is in the corner of his cage and he also has a pillow bed to lay on as well that he doesn't poop on! Just the Cup! I don't get it?! :eek:

Do you think I should try to litter train him again, is that what this means? :confused: I don't want to take the bed out because obviously he likes it (it's clipped to the side of the cage and he tries to drag it around with him).

Maybe I'm just making a big deal out of nothing, but it's not fun to pick soft poopies out of WOOL! :laugh:

He probably thinks it's a nice comfy litterbox. :laugh: I have some boys who sleep in igloos and if I put a hedgebag in their cage they use it exclusively to pee on. :rolleyes:

Awwww that is sooo cute!! I want one, or three!! how adorable! I have the same carrier, that would be perfect to use in the carrier!

We have those little cups for all of our hedgies and every one poops in them.
I love that igloo must have a few of them...:)

Quillson won't poop in his igloo if I put a hedgie bag in there, but if I don't, oh man, it's a mess in the morning!

Kaiteedyd, I got my Cozy Cup off of eBay for like 3 dollars. The igloo I got from The Ferret Depot (http://www.ferretdepot.com). It was the cheapest I could find. :)

Odo and Marco both have an igloo that they use only for a bathroom. I guess they like the privecy. They both sleep under their wheels under a velux blanket. Go figure. :rolleyes:

Bosco isnt allowed to sleep in my bed anymore unless he is in his hedgie bag, and then under the covers- he was leaving me presents of a different sort. Boys. :rolleyes:

hehehehe....I know, I have one of those "boys". But you can't get mad at them with a face as cute as theirs.

RoxieFaye, I love that Fleece Igloo and I have to get one too!!! As far as him pooping in his cozy cup....since he has a nice fleece igloo to sleep in plus a comfy pillow bed, he probably thinks the cozy cup is just a nice, soft place for him to "go". Only the softest most cuddliest wool for Quillson's bum. :laugh:
