He was saying we dont need anymore pets, blah, blah, blah. BUT. He has had fuzzy out more than I have. Yeah, real tough guy. Now he's letting me get two more hedgies (yes what you guys said was true. they are adicting). He's been acting real weird. But i have my hedgie and might be getting two more. :D i will keep you guys posted. Cant wait

Wooo. I am glad you are in love with Fuzzy, but you may want to consider slowing down the hedgehog train. 5 days ago you knew nothing about hedgehogs and you got your first one 2 days ago. It is great that you are enthusiastic about the breed, but you may want to hold off a few months before adding to your crew. There is so much information that comes with experience. Let Fuzzy grow up with your undivided attention and if you still feel the itch to get another, go for it.

Also, if your boyfriend is acting wierd about all the pets it is not a good sign. Even if he changed his mind, there is no telling if he will change it back again. Two more hedgies means two more cages. That is a lot of space and work.

Don't mean to sound condecending, I just know what hedgie fever feels like. :) Try and fight it for another 6 months. Then you would be making a logical decision and not an impulsive one.

I totally agree with teela1342. Take some time and get to know the hedgie you just got, better. You want to have experience with one hedgie first for a little while, before you go get more. The urge will never go away of wanting to take in more hedgies, trust me! lol. There will be other chances to get more, in the meantime, I would just take it slow the first few months, and let your boyfriend also get use to the fact of what a hedgehog really is! :)
