It depends on the age of the hedgehog. If she is over 6 months gaining weight and getting full in the tummy is a good sign. In the last week her nipples well enlarge.

Under 6 months, I hope she isn't as it could be dangerous for her and could affect her growth. It is harder to tell with a weight gain for a hedgies that is still growing. The weight gain could be from growth or could be pregnant. :)

your piggie will probably have an increase in appetite mine did and to tell you the truth i could fell the ball in her tummy iafter just over a week, but that is cause i would tickle her all the time so even the slightest change was noticable. it felt like a round sack that definatly was not there before

I would suggest taking her to the vet. She needs a first time exam anyway.
