Marogold's mom has now joined the Family

Well my little Marigold has been here just over 2 weeks now and...her mother has come to live with us :D she is a beautiful Albino....her name is Keyaira..she is a great little hedgehog..:) she is very friendly and has a great personality..she is a little grumpy because of the move but I'm sure she'll come around soon :laugh: ...I'm so excited and Happy to have another member in my Family....:) Here is the only pic I have so far but I'll be sure to get more soon ..Oh and this a sudden decision...wasn't even sure she was coming to live here for sure...untill tonight :) and shes home

Aww congrats. Everyone is getting so many new hedgies, I feel left out :( Anyway, despite being a bit jelous, I am happy for you. I can't wait to see more pictures :)

It's kind of odd....I mean Marigold is almost as big as mom already :laugh: ...Marigold will probably get larger than mom as mom has always been small..:D ..they are such great little critters :) and they get along great ..I think they remember each other...:) it's great I got a larger cage for them now too :) ..A new wheel and I think I may try to litter train them..since I really hate having to deal with the shavings...but they like to poop everywhere ... I'm going to try velux liners and shaving in only the corner litter box..but I have to go and get a larger peice of velux now that I have a larger cage :laugh: ...but I sure hope they can be litter trained :)... thats for your congrats ..I'm so Happy to have a new member of the Family :)

I know what you mean about being a ball of quills, when Oda came home and actually she still does her little huff and puff routine, but once I pick her up all is well, and she scampers around. Then once I put her down she will huff a little and then go lay down. Then if I want to pick her up again the routine starts all over.

Thanks..It's great having another Hedgie in the Family, especially a different colored one :D she is such a pretty little hog, they both are and thay have great temperments too :). I think everyone here is right once you have one you can't stop..I think I'm addicted already:laugh:
