no smilies?

When I post replies or create threads I can't see the smilies that are normally on the right hand side :( Is it just me or is it missing for everyone?

I have all my smilies...:)
Scroll down to the bottom of your "posting" box, and make sure your "Smilies" are on...This is what it says in the box at the bottom.
I don't know if that is the problem...but maybe.
